NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board conducts site walk for proposed Nault's Honda storage modifications. Board members Mike Scholz, Michelle Stith, Pam Skinner, and Galen Stearns (seated for Jeff Faust) joined applicant Curt Grenier and his representative Karl Dubay at 60 Range Road to review the proposal, which would remove parking and storage structures from the Wetland Watershed Protection District, reconfigure access yards, and create a new entrance. The project would result in minor wetland impacts based on a survey by three wetland scientists, with Stormceptors planned for stormwater treatment.
A formal public hearing and decision is scheduled for June 16. In a separate matter, the board voted unanimously to suspend its prior decision on Case 08-2026 pending a rehearing on June 9.
