Zoning Board approves pool variance, rejects Planning Board waiver

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of June 23, 2026

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board unanimously approves pool variance, rejects Planning Board waiver request. The board voted 5-0 to grant a pool variance for Mark and Kellie Collier at 8 Mitchell Pond Road with Conservation Commission compliance and pool discharge routed away from the 100-foot wetland buffer. In a 5-0 vote, the board approved a fence variance for Richard Vincent at 14 Londonderry Road but voted 5-0 to deny his request to waive the Planning Board Special Permit, citing concerns about ceding regulatory authority.

A separate proposal from The Dubay Group to reduce a 31-unit elderly housing project to 16 market-rate homes was continued to July 28 pending documentation on buffers and impervious surface coverage.
