Zoning board approves five property variances

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board approves five property variances in single meeting. Vice Chair Michelle Stith presided in the absence of Chairman Mike Scholz as the board granted setback relief for garages at 105 Nashua Rd and 147 Castle Hill Rd, approved a screened porch expansion at 24 Fish Rd, and authorized a deck reconstruction at 12A Lakeshore Rd by a 3-2 vote despite concerns about proximity to lot lines. A garage-and-room addition at 4 Fish Rd also was approved.
The board denied without prejudice a variance request for 2 Cross St as the 90-day statutory period was expiring.
