Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of August 11, 2026
NH WINDHAM — Windham ZBA approved one variance and denied another on August 11. Vice Chair Michelle Stith moved to grant Edward Charity's request to expand an accessory building at 34 Ministerial Road, citing reasonable use of the property given lot constraints; the vote was 5-0. The Board unanimously rejected Seren Elizabeth's request to subdivide a Fourth Street lot and build a 400-square-foot dwelling, finding that the proposal violated minimum lot size and dwelling size requirements and posed drainage concerns raised by neighbors.
Two cases were continued to September 22.
