ZBA approves dwelling replacement, denies two variance requests

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board unanimously approves dwelling-replacement variance on tree-damaged Fish Road property. The ZBA voted 5-0 to allow owners Robert Bracey and Brenda McGonagle Bracey to demolish and replace a home deemed uninhabitable by the town health department, approving multiple setback and volume variances on a pre-existing non-conforming lot. In separate 5-0 votes, the board approved an ice-rink variance at 43A Woodvue Road contingent on conservation-easement and Planning Board approval, and denied an oversized sign variance for a Nesmith business sign and a garage-addition request deemed not substantially different from a prior rejection.
