Windham Zoning Board deems sports dome development a regional impact

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board unanimously determines that sports dome qualifies as regional impact. On Secretary Mark Brockmeier's motion, the board voted 3-0 to recognize the Benchmark, LLC proposal (Case 15-2026, owned by Windham Woods School, Inc) as meeting statutory criteria under RSA 36:54-58. The determination, citing proximity to Salem, Derry, and Hudson and Routes 28 and 111, triggers mandatory regional review by the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission and affected towns.
