Windham Zoning Board approves deck and pavilion variances

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of January 27, 2026

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board approves two residential-property variances. Vice Chair Mike Scholz moved to grant both cases. Case 01-2026 approved a 72-square-foot deck replacement at 6 Crestwood Road, positioned 22 feet from the required 30-foot side setback; the board found the property's irregular shape a unique condition supporting the variance.

Case 44-2025 succeeded on a second hearing after new evidence of the lot's topography was presented, approving an 18-foot-by-18-foot pavilion at 34 Glendenin Road 12 feet from the required 15-foot side setback. Both cases passed 5-0.
