Windham Zoning Board approves 36x36 garage in front yard

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board Chairman Mike Scholz led a unanimous vote approving a front-yard garage at corner lot. Brad Andren's 36-foot by 36-foot garage at 46 Governor Dinsmore Road received approval with the condition it not be used as a dwelling unit. The board determined the site's septic, well, and pool locations made the front-yard placement reasonable.
The board also continued the Windham Woods School sports dome application to August 25, requesting balloon visibility tests, updated materials by August 18, and applicant responses to regional planning commission recommendations on traffic, water resources, and operations.
