Windham ZBA Approves Shed Variance at Mitchell Pond Road

NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board approves shed variance in wetland buffer. The board voted unanimously to allow Michael and Kelly Savastano to build a 12-by-20-by-8-foot storage shed at 20 Mitchell Pond Road despite its location within the 100-foot WWPD buffer. Approval was conditioned on drip edge infiltration installation.
Two other applications, a dwelling addition and commercial storage modifications, were continued pending site walks, environmental reviews, and updated site plans.
