Windham trustees elect Carpenter as chair, create alternate position

NH WINDHAM — Windham trustees restructure as chair term ends. The Trustees of the Trust Funds elected Alan Carpenter as chairperson to replace Alberto Chang, whose term expired, while voting to create an unelected alternate trustee position for Chang pending Board of Selectmen approval. Vice Chair Dave Martsolf retained his position.
The board advanced digitization of town-held stock certificates and finalized documentation for its annual audit. The trustees received $1,032.16 in deposits for cemetery and library accounts, including a $200 contribution from Carrier Family Funeral Home for the Anderson Grave.
