Windham Planning Board tightens site plan regulations

NH WINDHAM — Planning Board passes site plan regulations amendments in bid to clarify development standards. The Windham Planning Board unanimously approved two amendments to its Site Plan Regulations in a public hearing that drew state officials and residents: the first making Preliminary Applications subject to Design Review under RSA 676:4(II), the second adding a definition of adequate infrastructure with revised language on water availability and traffic impact. The Board also voted 4-0-1 to approve a memorandum on the Angelene Meadows development for the Board of Selectmen, with Roger Hohenberger abstaining.
Payal Ballaya presented a Growth and Sustainability Report documenting 0.8 percent growth, primarily from in-migration to existing homes rather than new construction.
