NH WINDHAM — Windham conservation board reviews three development proposals. The Conservation Commission heard presentations from Ian Ainslie and Kurt Meisner of Meisner Brem Corporation on three development cases: a deck-and-pool project at 23 Osgood Street, six contractor buildings on multiple Salem Road and Maple Street parcels, and a senior housing cluster on Londonderry Road. The Commission recommended native plantings for the residential project and voiced interest in protecting the rail trail and stone wall at the contractor site.
The board also approved $750 for split-rail fencing at Golden Meadow and $61.89 in materials costs at Fessenden Dam.
