NH WINDHAM — Windham Zoning Board approves second-story garage addition, votes down condition removal request. The board unanimously approved George Zalaket's request for a variance to add a second story to a non-conforming garage at 5 County Road, a structure that received its original variance in 1976. In a separate matter, the board voted 3-1 to deny Cally Weymouth's request to remove conditions from a January 2025 variance for her 63 Mammoth Road property, with member Jeff Faust opposing; Weymouth had sought to operate a postpartum support service in the barn.
Chairperson Mike Scholz advised of a 30-day appeal period.
