Trustees authorize digitization of stock certificates

NH WINDHAM — Windham Trustees of the Trust Fund authorize Chair Carpenter to digitize stock certificates held by the town in trust. The board, which includes Vice Chair Dave Martsolf and Alternate Alberto Chang, met May 26 to approve prior meeting minutes and discuss administrative matters. Trustees discussed MS9 and MS10 reporting requirements for the New Hampshire Department of Justice and continued planning for the annual audit.
Computershare, the account administrator, has completed dividend reinvestment and removal of individual names from accounts. The board received two dividend checks totaling $21.21.
