Trust Fund Trustees Welcome New Alternate, Process $254K in Deposits

NH WINDHAM — Windham Trust Fund trustees welcome new Alternate member, receive $254K in deposits. Chair Alan Carpenter, Vice Chair Dave Martsolf, and newly welcomed Alternate Alberto Chang approved prior meeting minutes on April 20 and updated the notarized Resolution of Authorized Persons governing banking access and fund transfers. The board received $150,000 from the town's General Fund for the Nesmith Library Solar Purchase Capital Reserve Fund, $70,000 for the Windham Greenway Rail Trail Capital Reserve Fund, and $32,500 for the Property Maintenance Expendable Trust Fund, plus smaller deposits from individuals and the Moeckel Pond Village District.
The trustees continued work on audit preparation and New Hampshire Department of Justice reporting requirements, with further discussion planned for their May 26 meeting.
