Select Board backs Zoning Board rehearing in Carlson case

NH WINDHAM — Select Board votes to support Carlson rehearing request. Vice Chair Heath Partington moved to back the Zoning Board's request for a rehearing from the Housing Appeals Board in the case of Carlson vs. Town of Windham, seconded by Roger Hohenberger.
The vote was 2-0-1, with Chairman Ross McLeod abstaining and Michelle Stith recused from discussion. Attorney Bernie Campbell had provided correspondence to the Board regarding the appeal. The Board's action formally supports the Zoning Board's effort to pursue the rehearing.
