Select Board approves nine property abatements and police station work

NH WINDHAM — Windham's Select Board approved nine property-tax abatements totaling approximately $10,400 in assessed-value reductions. The board reorganized, electing Ross McLeod as Chair and Heath Partington as Vice Chair, both by a 4-0-1 vote with Bruce Breton abstaining. Eight abatement requests passed unanimously; one for Map Lot 13A/360 ($453) passed 4-1, with Roger Hohenberger opposed.
Police Chief Bryan Smith secured unanimous board approval to expend $10,000 in public safety impact fees for police station architectural services.
