Select Board approves 2026 warrant and amended budget

NH WINDHAM — Windham Select Board approves 2026 warrant and amended budget with unanimous votes. Chairman Mark Samsel and the board finalized the warrant and budget following adjustments to default budget costs for additional elections required under contractual and legal obligations. The Board unanimously approved amendments to Article 15 adding "building maintenance and facility improvements" language and to Article 26 adding abutters notification requirements per RSA 672:3.
Vice Chair Ross McLeod moved to reconsider the Board's endorsement of Article 26 before recommending it as amended, with all substantive actions passing 5-0. The Board also authorized Town Administrator Michael Branley to sign documents for the 2025 Granite State Clean Fleets Grant Program.
