Searles Trustees oppose sports dome parking plan
Searles Trustees · Meeting of February 17, 2026
NH WINDHAM — Searles Trustees vote unanimously to oppose Windham Woods School sports dome parking plan. The board voted to reject the project as currently designed, citing traffic concerns and objections to a driveway crossing Searles property and use of Chapel Drive for access. Chair Peter Griffin, Secretary Michael Mazalewski, and Trustee Neil Fallon were nominated to represent the Trustees at Board of Selectmen meetings on the matter.
In related action, the Trustees also voted to apply to the NH Historic Resource Council to add Searles School and Chapel to the NH Historic Register and approved moving regular meetings to 6PM on the third Tuesday of each month starting March 2026.
