NH WINDHAM — Planning subcommittee elects new chair, reviews 45-unit townhouse project. The Windham Planning Board Design Review Subcommittee elected Peter Griffin as chair in a vote of three in favor and one abstention. The committee spent most of the May 26 meeting reviewing a preliminary design proposal by Karl Dubay of the Dubay Group, Inc., on behalf of Beylin Development, LLC, for 45 townhouse units with a clubhouse at 11 Indian Rock Road in the Village Center zone.
While committee members praised the west coast architectural style, they raised concerns about rear elevations facing Route 111 and requested the applicant return with a revised plan and presentation before final site plan submittal.
