NH WINDHAM — Windham Planning Board pursues growth management measures with School Board. Board members authorized staff outreach on growth parameters, with in-person input from School Board members Cynthia Finn and Shannon Ulery and Fire Chief Tom McPherson at the June 3 meeting. Board members split on approach: Chairman Jacob Cross, Joe Byron, and Heath Partington (Selectmen's liaison) favored school-focused analysis; Payal Ballaya, DJ Withee, Hussein Sevincgil, Derek Monson, and Greg Balestrieri advocated comprehensive review.

Ballaya noted that annual growth at 2 percent or higher may warrant a growth management ordinance.
