NH WINDHAM — Planning Board holds working session on capital improvements and site plan regulations. The Planning Board conducted a workshop May 13 to discuss the timing and process of the Capital Improvements Program and review proposed changes to site plan regulations. School board member Shannon Ulery, former CIP chair, recommended the Board initiate the CIP process by July and discussed financial thresholds for project feasibility.

The Board reviewed dozens of proposed regulatory language changes covering buffers, setbacks, historic resources, and environmental protections, noting several items for further discussion with town staff or the town attorney.
