Planning Board continues major development cases, schedules regulation hearings

NH WINDHAM — Planning Board schedules February hearings on two zoning amendments. Windham's Planning Board, chaired by Jacob Cross, voted 7-0 to advance proposed changes to Site Plan Regulations Section 603.1.1 and Section 400 to public hearings February 18 at 7 p.m. Two major development applications were continued to February 4: Benchmark LLC's proposal for 62 townhouses at 21 Indian Rock Road and 1 No Lowell Road, and a 100-acre master plan at 2 Wall Street including retail, commercial, services, school, and residential uses.
