Planning Board closes preliminary review of 62-unit townhouse project

Planning Board · Meeting of February 4, 2026

NH WINDHAM — Windham Planning Board closes preliminary review of two major housing proposals. Developer Joe Maynard's proposed 62-unit townhouse project for the Village Center District at Indian Rock Road advanced through preliminary review as the Board weighed community concerns about traffic, water supply, and neighborhood character. The Board unanimously approved a driveway permit at 57 Bear Hill Road.
