NH WINDHAM — Planning Board approves redesigned coffee shop on Enterprise Drive. The Board voted 4-2 to approve a Final Major Site Plan for a coffee shop redesign at 5 Enterprise Drive, with Derek Monson and Heath Partington opposed. Applicant Karl Dubay, representing Ms.
Meseti through The Dubay Group, Inc., presented the improved site layout, which reduces impervious surface and enhances environmental protections without increasing parking or seating. The Board imposed six conditions, including erosion control via SWIPP protocols, wetland boundary markers, native vegetation instead of lawn, and compliance with the Keach memo. The Board also appointed Payal Ballaya and Greg Balestrieri to the Capital Improvement Program Committee, 5-0-1.
