NH WINDHAM — Windham Planning Board approves residential pool project, reviews major developments. The Board voted 7-0 to approve a 250-square-foot in-ground pool and 60-square-foot deck at 23 Osgood Street, with impervious coverage reaching 29.9 percent of the allowable 30 percent maximum. The Board also closed conceptual reviews for two Meisner Brem Corporation projects: a six-building contractor facility at Salem Road and Maple Street, and a five-unit elderly-housing or five-lot subdivision at 166 Londonderry Road, with applicant Ian Ainslie receiving Board feedback on buffering, road placement, and design refinement.
The Board voted 7-0 to issue a formal final notice requiring the Highclere Open Space Subdivision developer to complete $217,000 in punch-list work by August 14 or face financial guarantee forfeiture.
