NH WINDHAM — Windham Planning Board approves patio project; directs engineer review of silt issue. The board unanimously approved a major Windham Overlay District application for a 302-square-foot porous paver patio at 46 West Shore Road filed by Geoffrey and Linda Smith. In substantive business, the board unanimously authorized Chairman Jacob Cross to commission KNA engineer Steve Keach to investigate a persistent silt problem at DJ Rogers Collision & Service Center stemming from a 2004 bowling alley development since April 2024, requesting a staff update within 30 days.

Possible remedies include flocculant treatment in spring or summer dredging.
