Planning Board · Meeting of May 20, 2026

NH WINDHAM — Windham Planning Board approved a Final Minor Subdivision at 101 Londonderry Road, voting 7-0 to create one new single-family residential lot with a Water and Wetland Protection District Special Permit and erosion control conditions. The board also approved waivers for lot line orientation and above-ground utilities, represented by Joe Maynard of Benchmark LLC on behalf of property owner Mary Devlin. The board separately opened a conceptual hearing on a 100,300-square-foot sports complex at 140 Rockingham Road, with applicant Derek Davis describing the private-equity-funded project as providing additional athletic facilities including indoor flag football and weight training fields, plus outdoor recreational softball and baseball fields for AAU tournaments.

The project would require Zoning Board variances for wetland impacts.
