NH WINDHAM — Windham Planning Board approves Lake Shore Road lot consolidation. The Board unanimously approved a final minor subdivision at 19, 20 and 21 Lake Shore Road, consolidating three parcels into one conforming property by a 7-0 vote, conditional on verification from consulting engineers and code enforcement. Applicant George Chadwick of Bedford Design presented the proposal for lot-line adjustments between Parcels 21-H-14A, 21-H-19, and 21-H-21.
In separate business, the Planning Board held a conceptual review of a redesigned Starbucks at 5 Enterprise Drive, presented by applicants Susan Meseti and Karl Dubay of the Dubay Group, with site improvements including enhanced parking and reduced retaining walls, though the Board took no approval vote pending responses to questions about traffic impacts and peak-hour parking.
