Planning board approves home occupation, WPOD application

NH WINDHAM — Planning board approves two residential applications. The Windham Planning Board unanimously approved a conditional use permit for Felipe and Aline Trama to operate a personal training studio at 1 First Street with hours 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., and a WPOD application for Richard and Dianne Proctor's residential addition at 17 Prescott Road at 29.9 percent impervious coverage. The board closed conceptual review of the Gateway Master Plan at 2 Sharma Way, a mixed-use development by Karl Dubay representing Angle Wood Pond Realty Trust that reduces residential units from 31 townhouses to 16 and adds 200,000 square feet of flex space.
