Economic Committee Reviews Wall Street Development Plan

NH WINDHAM — The Windham Economic Development Committee reviewed a 100-acre Wall Street development concept featuring residential, retail, commercial, and conservation uses. Karl Dubay of The Dubay Group Inc presented the plan for Market Square Overlay area parcels with residential development on the north end, retail and commercial along Route 111 on the south, and industrial and commercial sites between them. The committee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and heard updates on a 2026 "Chasing the American Dream" entrepreneurship event series as part of America 250, scheduled for March 12, May 16, July, and September 19.
