Conservation Commission reviews four variance applications

NH WINDHAM — Windham conservation commission reviews four pending variance applications. Edward N. Herbert Associates presented two Cross Street applications seeking to build new homes on pre-existing non-conforming lots within the Watershed Protection Overlay District; the Commission will attend a March 18 ZBA site walk to review the properties and may provide additional recommendations.

Two additional applications for a garage variance and an in-ground pool variance were also discussed. The Commission approved prior meeting minutes unanimously 5-0.
