Conservation Commission authorizes Lakeshore Drive wetland permits

NH WINDHAM — Windham Conservation Commission signs off on Lakeshore stonewalls. Vice Chair Wayne Morris moved to authorize Chair Michael Specian to sign wetland permits for stonewall rebuilding at 14 and 12A Lakeshore Drive, passed unanimously 5-0. Benchmark Engineering is handling the work for applicant Joe Maynard.
The Commission also heard a Girl Scout Silver Award proposal on turtle-crossing education and reviewed a redesigned coffee shop site plan at 5 Enterprise Drive that shrinks wetland work and boosts stormwater treatment.
