Conservation Commission approves WPOD application, plans property work

NH WINDHAM — The Windham Conservation Commission reviewed a WPOD application and discussed maintenance at several town properties. Chair Michael Specian and Vice Chair Wayne Morris led discussions on kiosk regulations at Fessenden Dam, with the Commission agreeing to collaborate with the Historic District/Heritage Commission on the project. At Deer Leap/Moeckel Pond, Diane Fallon has located a contractor for non-chemical graffiti removal and will obtain an estimate for the Commission's review.
