Conservation Commission approves $2,000 Fessenden Dam fence

NH WINDHAM — Windham Conservation Commission approves $2,000 Fessenden Dam fence. Members voted 5-0 to hire Fences Unlimited for split rail fencing in the parking area, with Secretary Kara Feldberg moving and alternate member Brian McFarland seconding. Chair Michael Specian scheduled an April 1 site walk to assess a proposed mountain bike trail at Clyde Pond from Trail Committee member Derek Monson and New England Mountain Bike Association representative Fran Boucher.

The Commission also directed Town Administrator Michael Branley to investigate adding alternate member positions to address past quorum issues.
