NH WINDHAM — Windham Economic Development Committee reviews development pipeline as Urbon assumes full membership. Bill Urbon has been promoted to full member to replace Shariq Yousfi; one alternate seat is now open. Economic Development Director Alex Mello reported on multiple commercial and residential projects across Windham, including a Convenient MD building that received its Certificate of Occupancy, Indian Rock Road medical and restaurant facilities, and several projects in Planning Board and Zoning Board review stages.
