Commission reviews five major applications; approves Clyde Pond boardwalk

NH WINDHAM — Windham Conservation Commission reviews major development applications and authorizes boardwalk project. Chair Kara Feldberg's commission reviewed four Zoning Board of Appeals applications including a veterinary hospital deck at 3 Cobbetts Road (approved with no conservation concerns), a screened-porch expansion (drainage improvements requested), a variance amendment at 63 Mammoth Road (septic concerns raised), and a revised Gateway Park master plan reducing elderly townhouses from 31 to 16 homes (commission approved using previously approved impervious credits). Commission approved construction of a boardwalk at Clyde Pond conservation area to stabilize an eroding trail section.
