NH WINDHAM — Windham Cemetery Trustees transferred $174,965.47 from treasurer control to the Trustees of the Trust Funds, following an audit directive. Finance Director Cheryl Eastman presented the finding; trustees noted more transparency between departments would have helped. The board voted 3-0 to grant a lot-purchase waiver for the Scarpa family, whose widow is in hospice.

Trustees signed a $700 contract with Colizzi Monuments to repair vandalized monuments and set a September 26 date to install self-guided tour markers.
