Board Issues Certificate of Occupancy with Road Turnaround Deadline
Select Board · Meeting of February 9, 2026
NH WINDHAM — Windham Select Board issues contested Certificate of Occupancy. The board voted 4-1 to issue a Certificate of Occupancy for 62 West Shore Road immediately upon receipt of $4,000 toward a road turnaround, with a June 1 completion deadline; Vice Chair Ross McLeod opposed. The payment covers the estimated turnaround construction cost, planned for late May or early summer.
In a separate Board of Health hearing, the board unanimously approved a septic system setback waiver at 19 Fish Road, allowing 50-foot separation from the well instead of 75 feet required.
