Board awards $227K solid waste trailer contract to Spectre

NH WINDHAM — Windham Select Board approves $227K solid waste equipment purchase. The board voted 4-0 to award Spectre Manufacturing a walking floor trailer for $115,092 and an ejector trailer for $112,343, with General Services Director Dennis Senibaldi authorized to execute the contracts. The board also addressed property tax matters: approving six property abatements ranging from $290 to $4,588.85, denying six late or inaccurate applications, and voting 4-0 to appoint Alberto Chang as an alternate Trustee of the Trust Fund, contingent on trustees adopting bylaws authorizing the position.
