NH WINDHAM — Planning Board approves two applications, continues major apartment review. The board unanimously approved two Watershed Protection Overlay District applications: a two-car garage addition at 4 Fish Road and a patio replacement and deck expansion at 12A Lake Shore Road, with member Payal Ballaya dissenting on the latter over buffer zone concerns. The board voted unanimously to continue a proposed 71-unit apartment development at Rockingham Road to October 9 and accepted the withdrawal of an Indian Rock Road application.
A motion to open a rental unit application at 20 Rockingham Road failed 3-4 before the board unanimously voted to continue it as a final major site plan.
